I hope the following explains the terms and conditions of our encounter.
It is your responsibility to read my website before making an appointment and by doing so, agree with the terms and conditions written below.
Please note, it is my desire for us to have as much consensual pleasure and financial respect for each other as possible.

DEPOSITS

All bookings require a minimum $100 deposit for each hour you book TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING. This is to ensure you are legitimate in booking me as I am spending time organizing and getting ready for you. Unfortunately, I cannot refund clients who choose to terminate appointments with short notice OR if you fail to appear at the designated meeting point within 30 minutes of the starting time, with no prior communication. However, I can give a full refund for special circumstances or forward the deposit for a future booking at my discretion. Should I need to cancel our booking, I will happily refund deposits in their entirety.

PAYMENTS

I use 2 forms of deposit methods – beemit @jenniferjames or bank transfer with a very discreet bsb and account. As I pay tax, you are more than welcome to ask for my consulting invoice.

 

DISCRETION

Discretion is of the utmost importance for both of us and is the main reason I will never be a face-out provider. All your personal information you share will stay with me. I also tend to forget due to the fact – being in the moment my brain is full of oxytocin.
You will find me slightly conservative with my displays of public affection, but I do like to verbally tell you what is on my mind or put my hand on your leg under the table.
 

BREAKFAST, LUNCH, OR DINNER BOOKINGS
 

To maintain my energy levels, you are required to feed me during longer bookings starting from 4 hours onwards.
There is no pressure for this to be fancy unless we have decided to make our date that way etc. I adore room service and enjoying your company in the privacy of a nice hotel room.
 

OVERNIGHT BOOKINGS

Overnight bookings are flexible in length; between 12-15 hours, featuring at least 7 hours of sleep. I must be respected at all times, particularly during sleep. Feel free to discuss my requirements for more clarification.
 

FLY ME TO YOU BOOKINGS
 

For these bookings to be confirmed, I require a deposit to be made at least 5 days in advance of the desired booking date. Deposits comprise my travel costs to and from home, from the airport to the hotel destination, and return flight – oh plus a coffee and a cake. Only when a deposit which covers these expenses is made, do I confirm. Sorry, I do not provide ‘Fly Me to You’ bookings to new clients.

 

BOOKING TERMINATION
 

I do not tolerate the following behaviour which will result in immediate termination with no refund; -
1. Unsafe practices such as removing condoms, repeat requests for natural sex, or any rough and aggressive behaviour that I give one prewarning to stop.
2. Filming either me or us without consent. This offence will be reported to the police and include your details.
3. Arriving in a condition that shows you are under the influence of drugs, extreme drunk behaviour or violent behaviour that places my safety in danger.
4. Making a booking under an alias name after I have placed a ban on you. This is considered stalking under section 21a of the Crimes Act and will be reported to the police.
